MS Rainbow Alliance

Activist and Founder of this Group - Paul Overstreet,
Had been to Gay Disney 2002
after Katrina in 2005 lost some friends by moving and death.
He is trying to have the community to come together and determine to educate on the GLBT and Activist Movement.
He felt that the community will needed some changes. 
He felt that the community need more than just a bars scene in the Gay Community and Gays getting into trouble with the Law.

In the Beginning
We Started on March 7th, 2006
We changed from GLBT Alliance because; people didn't want to be labeled.
We was called GLBT Alliance for a few month to Mississippi Gulf Coast Gay Community Social Club about another few months then went to MS Rainbow Alliance to cover everyone under the rainbow also shorten it online as well,
 We started at the Augusta House,
a Non-Profit Based Organization in Biloxi, Mississippi.
As a temporary facility until we are able to get on our feet.

We hope that soon we will become a Non-Profit Organization of our own.

We are still growing the group and the community. Please try to help us by being supportive and show up for the sake of keeping the doors open and grow and teach the next generation of people that just came "OUT" or still in the closet.
