• President, Overseer or C.E.O. (Chief Executive of Operation)/ Chairperson
• Vice President - Assistance of Chairperson/ Co-Chairperson
  Nominee for Vice President of MS Rainbow Alliance is Chris Roach
• Legal Adviser Council Personnel - see Volunteer Group Attorney or paralegal
• Treasurer - experience on balancing budgets and non-profit background.
• Member-at-Large - Head Spokesperson of the Member 

Member at Large is allow to step in and advise the Board of director and has vote power if the numbers is a tie number         

All board needs a Letter of why you want to be part of the board of MS Rainbow Alliance, Gay Community Referrals, and this one is the most a Criminal Background check.
Background Check needs to be summited before the Appication of the Non-profit Status be in place

Board Members need to be in Total odd numbers for a counter vote to come out in the good.
