until we get our building going Colleges, Schools, Academy and ETC...

We will have a name for building Not able to post yet.
That will not relate to MS Rainbow Alliance outside it due to Bigotry and Right wing Christians. We will only be displaying the group inside but be friendly and only ones knows by word of mouth.

Looking to get a Security Type Commercial or Housing Facility/Building with Utility Electric, Water Included.
Area 900 - 5,000 Square Ft. Large Room and Couple of Open Office Space w/Open Dividers or Open Room is Handicap accessible.

(No Smoking in building or in rooms)
(Alcohol or Drugs not allowed on premises)

Re-arrange Rooms: High Rise Ceiling  in Stage Main Floor Area Community Conference/Meeting Room, couple of Small Meeting Rooms or dividers, 3 or more book Isle type Library, Kitchen/Cafeteria, Recreational Room.  
w/Multiple Sinks, Private Stalls (Commodes and Urinals w/dividers in Men's room) (Commodes w/dividers in Woman's Room) if all possible 3rd Restroom will be Unisex (Toilets w/Dividers) for pre and post Transgender, Transsexual and cross dressers in Toilet Public Restrooms.
Maybe a 2 type of Changing Rooms  behind Stage Area
Land needs Parking Area and couple of acre land to have outdoor events
Need to be in a Confidential Area
that excepts Gay Community Business such as Biloxi, D'Iberville, Pass Christian
 and have During the Meeting Time or when needed.

Must have no limited time access on the Facility for us to Setup and Tear Down.
Need a Key Personnel (Manager or Landlord) able to be reached at all time. or present a Key Person.

We hope to schedule it to open 10am - 10pm weekday and weekend varies with weekend nights possibility a Sunday services
