All B of D's

Each person must have Business Skills and able to work with G.L.B.T. Community and Friends.

  • President, Overseer or C.E.O. (Chief Executive of Operation)/ Chairperson
  • Vice President - Assistance of Chairperson/ Co-Chairperson
  • Secretary
  • Parliamentary -  Legal Adviser Council Personnel - see Volunteer Group Attorney or paralegal
  • 2 Treasurer - experience on balancing budgets and non-profit background. Co-assist the ED and Financial Officer or Accountant
  • Up to 13 maximiun on the board

There will alway need to be an odd number on the BOD to keep the vote from being tied       

All board needs a Letter of why you want to be part of the board of MS Rainbow Alliance, Gay Community Referrals, and this one is the most a Criminal Background check.
Background Check needs to be summited before the Application of the Non-profit Status be in place

Board Members need to be in Total odd numbers for a counter vote to come out in the good.              
We will give referral and compliment as a trade off. To all of our works.
